Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and software products operated by Oqodo LLC (“Oqodo,” “we,” “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

The services

The “Services” refers to the oqodo.com website and the software products operated by Oqodo and listed on the products page. Individual products may have additional product-specific terms that apply alongside these general Terms.

Accounts

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or to other users' accounts
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Services except where expressly permitted by law
• Use the Services to harass, defraud, or harm others

Subscriptions and billing

Certain products are offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing and billing terms for each paid product are presented on the product's pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from within the relevant product's account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may offer refunds at our discretion for failures of the Service that we are unable to remedy. Email hello@oqodo.com with refund requests.

Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, branding, and content created by Oqodo, are owned by Oqodo and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using the Services. By providing such content to the Services, you grant Oqodo a limited license to host, process, and display it for the purpose of operating the Services on your behalf.

Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (for example, Stripe for payments, Plaid for financial account connections). Your use of those integrations is also governed by the third party's terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we work to keep the Services reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oqodo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the affected Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users or to the Services. We will provide reasonable notice when we can.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date, and where appropriate, communicated directly to active users. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
